Design Apprenticeship to TOTH Creative Directors
Anthony and Marcellino, creative directors and founders of Sherwood Fellows looking for a driven designer with an innate intuition for branding to work directly alongside them as as a design apprentice throughout the distribution of Triumph of the Heart, a film about St. Maximilian Kolbe.
This isn’t an internship—it’s in-the-trenches experience where you’ll learn first hand how design can be used to spark movements, and how to use design language to communicate value and to build relationships.
The Deal:
$3,000/month | Full time | Feb–Sept 2025
Independent contractor role
Work directly with the creative directors
Dallas, Denver, or Remote
Develop and execute the TOTH brand across all visual channels
Who You Are:
You've been creating since day one.
You see brands as movements—and you've tried building your own.
Design, illustration, web, social—you have examples of all of these in your portfolio.
You’ve earned your keep and know the value of money.
You follow through. Always.
No resumes. If you send one, you’re out.
